Adel Shervin, MD

Dr. Adel Shervin is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist, endometriosis surgeon and researcher, and international educator in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (MIGS). Over more than 40 years, his clinical, academic, and humanitarian work has spanned the United States, the Middle East, Africa, and China.
Having performed more than 4,500 advanced gynecologic laparoscopic procedures, Dr. Shervin is committed to compassionate, individualized care and to advancing the skills of future surgeons. In 2005, he founded a fellowship training center in advanced minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery in Tehran, later extending its training program to Africa and China. He continues to share his expertise through teaching, mentorship, and free surgical education for surgeons worldwide.
